PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a honeycomb structure by molding a relatively thick highly ductile sheetlike article by the extrusion molding of a polymer composition prepared by compounding a polyolefinic resin with PET and secondarily processing it. SOLUTION: The honeycomb structure comprises a polymer composition. The polymer composition is prepared by mixing 25-55 pts.mass of a polyolefinic resin (B), 2-80 pts.mass of a block copolymer (C) having a block comprising at least one vinyl aromatic compound polymer and a block comprising at least one conjugated diene compound polymer, 1-50 pts.mass of a graft copolymer obtained by the graft copolymerization of an epoxy group-containing olefin copolymer and a vinyl (co)polymer (D) with 100 pts.mass of PET (A). Even a thick sheet lowered in its elongational flowability at a high temperature can be stably subjected to extrusion molding by using the polymer composition made much in the compounding amount of the polyolefinic resin.
