PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate malfunction due to output of a device or system for communication even when the device or system is connected to a single signal line and to easily perform arbitration in case of a collision. SOLUTION: When a one-wire communication device 12 serves as a transmission side and outputs a high level to an output portion Out, an NPN transistor 14 conducts between its collector and emitter. When another one-wire communication device 13 uses a communication line 11 having a low level, the low level is inputted to an input portion In, so transmission stops.
