The introduced person number and additional information are accumulated in an introduced person database T2 while related to the subscriber information, and repeated numbers among introduced person numbers which are accumulated are deleted and introduced person numbers are extracted according to priority corresponding to additional information. A call processing section 505 dials the extracted introduced person numbers from a communication terminal that an operator uses and additional information regarding an introduced person 3 with which a telephone conversation is done in response to the call and subscriber information on a subscriber 2 having introduced the introduced person 3 are output from an introduction information output section 514.
