PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein in a conventional current for interrupting device in the event of an abnormality, when an abnormality detector detects abnormality, for example, when it detects vibrations and abnormal temperature rises in case of an earthquake, abnormality is interrupted for the first time, and that is at least an action that would not make the abnormal condition expand, and will not predict a danger. SOLUTION: This electric outlet tap or this embedded electrical outlet is equipped with a reader 101 to read the data of an IC tag mounted in an outlet plug 1000 to be inserted in an electrical outlet, an abnormality-detecting part 102 for detecting abnormalities, when the outlet plug becomes loose and data reading becomes intermittent (intermittent action) for a fixed period of time, and an abnormality-reporting part 104 to notify the abnormality of the outlet plug.
