PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect punching dust without scattering the dust in a machine. SOLUTION: This paper processing device is provided with an inlet roller for carrying carried-in paper, a punching unit for punching the paper carried by the inlet roller, and a punching dust carrying unit 5 for carrying the punching dust punched by the punching unit. The punching dust carrying unit 5 is slidably and attachably/detachably mounted on a rail 55 of a paper processing device main body and is mounted and drawn from a front surface side of the device main body. A base 50 part is provided to receive the punching dust 23 on a lower side of a punching dust carrying belt 18 of the punching dust carrying unit 5.
