PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for a chair which has simple structure, which is attached and detached easily and where costs are reduced. SOLUTION: The panel A for the chair consists of an extensible sheet 10 and a frame 20 to be inserted to the surrounding of the extensible sheet. The extensible sheet 10 is provided with a continuous hollow part 11 which orbits its periphery, and input/output holes 14 and 15 for inserting and pulling out the frame are provided at respectively one right and left places at the hollow part, which is divided into a first hollow part 11a and a second hollow part 11b with the respective input/output holes. The frame 20 consists of a first frame 20a to be inserted to the first hollow part and a second frame 20b to be inserted to the second hollow part.
