PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cart for an endoscope and an endoscope system capable of efficiently performing an operation and work relating thereto and surely executing a hygenic management. SOLUTION: The cart for the endoscope is provided with: a plurality of shelf plates on which an apparatus connected to the endoscope and peripheral devices connected to the apparatus are mounted; and a main body frame part for supporting the plurality of shelf plates. In the plurality of shelf plates, cable attachment parts capable of locking cables extending from the apparatus and the peripheral devices is provided on an end face on the back surface side of the main body frame part.
