PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow changed in height to be fitted to user's body shape or taste so that magnets are tightly fit to the head or neck, and having a persistent magnetic effect. SOLUTION: The magnetic pillow 10 has a bag 1 formed by crimping the peripheral edges of two laminated polyurethane foam sheets and filled with polyurethane foam chips 4. The laminated polyurethane foam sheet is obtained by applying an outside polyurethane sheet 2 formed with through holes 6 for housing the magnets 5 on an inside polyurethane sheet 3 having the magnets 5 stuck on the surface. The magnetic pillow 10 is changed in height to fit to the user's body shape by moving the chips 4. When the head is once put on the pillow, the chips 4 are not easily moved in the bag 1, so that the magnets 5 tightly fit to the user's head or neck during sleeping as well as when lying down to obtain the persistent magnetic effect.
