PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display shelf apparatus with a simple structure by which goods can be displayed easily. SOLUTION: The display shelf apparatus 1 is equipped with a base panel 3, a cover panel 8, sidewall panels 5, 7 which are provided on four sides of the base panel 3, joint members 11 which connect adjacent sidewall panels with each other, hinges 9 which turnably connect the base panel 3 with the sidewall panels 5, 7, respectively, and a display stand 15 on which goods are displayed. The display stand 15 is stored inside a box body together with goods, and when displaying the goods, the box body is placed on an installation table 21, the joint members are released, each sidewall panel is turned until the sidewall panel is positioned upside down, adjacent sidewall panels are fixed with joint members, goods are displayed on the display board, and the installation table is covered by the sidewall panels.
