PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the savor of a game by complicatedly changing the irradiation position of light to a translucent member. SOLUTION: The light emitting performance device of a game machine comprises a shaft member 23 supported rotatably in a first direction to a decorative member and connected to a motor, a pivot part 24 provided to the shaft member 23 for supporting a reflective member 22 rotatably in a second direction different from the first direction, a pin 26a provided to the reflective member 22 and extended in a direction crossing the rotary axis direction of the reflective member 22 to the pivot part 24, and a pin support hole 16 positioned at the decorative member for supporting the pin 26a freely movably. The pin 26a is displaced and rotation in the second direction is supplied to the reflective member 22 by rotating the shaft member 23 in the first direction by the motor and rotating the reflective member 22 in the first direction, and the irradiation position of reflected light from the reflective member 22 to the translucent member 17 is moved by changing the inclination angle and inclination direction to the translucent member 17 of the reflective member 22.
