<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct defective exposure caused by the contraction/expansion of an exposure body due to temperature change highly precisely without being affected by vibration and impact. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 43 is arranged near a 1st LPH 7a and a 2nd LPH 7b. Dot-shifting of a plurality of LED elements involved in the 1st LPH 7a and the 2nd LPH 7b and the light quantity of the LED element are controlled by a controller 41 in accordance with the temperature measured by the temperature sensor 43.
