<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure data integrity while reducing essential entry items in adopting XML. <P>SOLUTION: A client memorandum system comprises a tag system definition file defining a tag system of a markup language (ML) linked to a RDB, a GUI definition file predefining display and input on a terminal, an ML data DB for storing tagged data on each client tagged in ML, and a display and edit control part for controlling the display and input on the terminal of data on the organization, business, major trends and the like of the client according to the GUI definitions. The display and edit control part has a reference mode for disabling input to and editing of all the items, an edit mode for disabling input to and editing of items acquired from other systems and destination items and enabling input to and editing of the other items, and a confirmation mode for verifying the validity of edits in the edit mode and sorting and displaying the contents of each table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
