<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find mutanase useful as an enzyme for oral hygiene and provide a means for singly producing the mutanase in large amounts. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides one protein selected from (a) a protein composed of a specific amino acid sequence, (b) a protein composed of an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids are deleted, substituted or added from/for/to the specific amino acid sequence and having mutanase activity and (c) a protein composed of an amino acid sequence having ≥80% identity to the specific amino acid sequence and having mutanase activity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
