<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly change a price of a commodity even during opening hours of a retail store. <P>SOLUTION: In this commodity information management system, a printing part 33 prints information such as price change information inputted to an input part 30 of a writing terminal 103 on the surface of a price card 102, and a writing part 32 makes a storage means of an RFID tag or the like accompanying the price card 102 store it. A wireless LAN communication part 34 of the writing terminal 103 transmits the information inputted to the input part 30 to a POS adjustment processor 104 via a communication network 105.
