PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method suitable when a target internal temperature fluctuates. SOLUTION: A target of temperature control is set such that it changes from 5°C (an upper limit temperature) to 1°C (a lower limit temperature) in a span of thirty minutes, and a target temperature curve A is stored in a data storing part 31. After passage of an optional time Tx (minutes) from a control start, when the internal temperature detected by an internal temperature sensor 27 is tx°C, a predeterminate elapsed time Tr (minutes) to reach the temperature tx°C in the temperature curve A is calculated. A temporal deviation Td (minutes) between an actual elapsed time Tx (minutes) and the calculated predeterminate elapsed time Tr (minutes) is calculated to judge a progress state of cooling.
