PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation by carrying out heat pump heating operation in a higher outside air temperature, predicting dew condensation of an evaporator, and stopping the heating operation in regard to a vending machine using a heat pump system. SOLUTION: The heating system, and the vending machine using it is provided with a heating side compressor 29, a heating side condenser 30, a heating side pressure reducing means 31, a heating side evaporator 32 provided with a fin 34 around a refrigerant piping, and a dew condensation detecting means 38 adhered to a fin 34 surface. Since a temperature of the heating side evaporator 32 can be raised by the fin 34, operation by the heating system 33 can be continued even in a more higher outside air temperature, and the heat pump heating system can be operated as much as possible even in a condition of high outside air temperature excluding a condition of high humidity.
