PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip and an installation structure of the clip and an installation member, for surely holding a part without reducing efficiency of work when installing a part in a car body. SOLUTION: This clip 10 is composed of a head part 12, a leg part 16, and a neck part 14 arranged between the head part and the leg part. The neck part is inserted into a groove part of the installation member, and is constituted so as to be held by preventing slipping-out.
