PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine plant for performing heat recovery by supplying blow-down water from a steam generator to heat exchangers which heat secondary-line water from a condenser. SOLUTION: The blow-down water from a flush tank 21 is supplied into low pressure supply water heaters 9a, 9b to heat the secondary-line water in a condensing system 5, passing through the low pressure supply water heaters 9a, 9b, and then it is discharged from the low pressure supply water heaters 9a and collected in the condenser 4.
