PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liniment for skin and to obtain a bathing agent each effective for ameliorating the affected area of atopic dermatitis and free from side action. SOLUTION: The symptom of atopic dermatitis is ameliorated by coating the inflammatory area with an aqueous solution containing cations at least containing sodium ion, potassium ion and calcium ion and anions at least containing chlorine ion, sulfate ion and bicarbonate ion or using the aqueous solution as a bathing agent.
