PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box with improved unsealability and high pressure resistance to be capable of stacking when unsealed. SOLUTION: The packaging box includes a pair of first and second end walls 10A and 10B and first and second sidewalls 11A and 11B. First and second inner flaps 14A and 14B are connected with the upper end of the respective end walls 10A and 10B. First and second outer flaps 15A and 15B are connected with the upper end of the respective first and second sidewalls 11A and 11B. A tearing means 18 extending from the first sidewall 10A to the tip of the first outer flap 15A is provided. A first breaking rim 18a positioned on the side of the first end wall 10A torn by the tearing means 18 is located on the side of the first end wall 11A connected from the tip of the first inner flap 14A while assembled.
