PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural product sorting apparatus capable of not causing structural complication of a sorting conveyor which is endlessly rotated, stabilizing a sorted treatment amount without fear of stopping smooth supply of agricultural products caused by supply interruption of empty receivers, and scooping the agricultural products without dropping to discharge the agricultural products at the time of sorting. SOLUTION: A plurality of lifting tray devices are fixed at an endless rotary chain of the sorting conveyor 1, and the lifting tray devices are structured in a freely ascendable and descendable manner to support the trays on which the agricultural products V are mounted via an X-shape link mechanism against a fixing member which is fixed to the endless rotary chain. The trays perform ascending/descending action by guiding a rotary body 112 which is arranged at the trays by a flapper 902 to a guide member 901, and the agricultural products V are transferred to a pull out conveyor 7 when the trays descende from the top position where a support member 111 lined up in a comb-teeth shape of the trays are overlapped with the pull out conveyor with a small width lined up in a comb-teeth shape of the pull out conveyor 7.
