PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent collapse of a building and a structure in an earthquake disaster, by reducing swinging by rotation by vertically combining a free bearing in lateral swinging, by making a spring act in vertical swinging of an earthquake. SOLUTION: This base isolation device reduces the vertical swinging and the lateral swinging by vertically combining one free bearing 3 fixed under a sill 1 by contacting with and fixing to the center of an equilateral triangle shape, by fixing the one free bearing 5 to its center, by juxtaposing three free bearings 4 in the equilateral triangle shape on its spring by fixing the spring 6 to the top end of a foundation 8 for preventing the collapse of the building and the structure.
