<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm information of characters in a balloon in a larger font in a method of distributing news information or the like represented by static image cartoons to a mobile phone set or portable terminal by solving the following problem that, when image information including characters in the balloon are reproduced as they are, a display part of the mobile phone set and portable terminal is so small and therefore the characters in a balloon are too small to identify them. <P>SOLUTION: In reproducing the static image cartoon data, after image data of the static image cartoons are reproduced, for example, character information in a characters in balloon part corresponding to images of the static image cartoons or information showing these as audio data are reproduced specified time later and reproduction operation is repeated alternately by the number of comas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
