PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welded joint having excellent local corrosion resistance in a weld zone even in the case where welding is applied to steel with excellent fatigue crack propagation characteristics. SOLUTION: The contents of Cu, Ni and Mo in a base material and a weld metal satisfy inequality (ΔCu+ΔNi+ΔMo)≤0.0 and also the contents of Si and Cr satisfy inequality (ΔSi+1.5×ΔCr)≥0.2 or 0.0≥(ΔSi+1.5×ΔCr)≥-0.2 (wherein,ΔCu=CuM-CuW,ΔNi=NiM-NiW,ΔMo=MoM-MoW,ΔSi=SiM-SiW andΔCr=CrM-CrW are satisfied;CuW, NiW, SiW, CrW and MoW are the contents (mass%) of the respective elements in the weld metal; and CuM, NiM, SiM, CrM and MoM are the contents (mass%) of the respective elements in the base material).
