The drawer for documents is in two parts, with an outer housing (1) and a carrier plate (2) of plastics, metal or glass. The carrier plate has a shaped handle (4) at the leading end, with a maximum width of the drawer width. The carrier plate is covered by a film (3), with a self-adhesive layer (5) on the upper or lower side.
