摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat spreader with an inner capillary structure formed at a low cost easily, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A heat spreader 10 is provided with a hollow metallic housing with an upper cover 12 and a lower cover 14 joined; a capillary structure formed by metallic meshes 18 bonded to the inner side of the upper cover and the lower cover; a plurality of pillar-like reinforcing members 20 bonded to the inside of the metallic housing; and a working fluid.
