<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading apparatus which has two reading means and in which processing speed in one side reading is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The image reading apparatus is characterized in that a CIS 201 can read an image of one side of a sheet-like original to be conveyed on a first original conveyance path 310, a CIS 212 can read an image, on the side opposite from the CIS 201, of the sheet-like original to be conveyed on the first original conveyance path 310 and can read an image on one side of an original to be conveyed on a second original conveyance path 320. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
