摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a link lookahead operation, an automatic cache update operation and a cache cooperation operation at a higher probability than in the related art, without deteriorating a congestion state of a network, and to increase an efficiency of a cache server. <P>SOLUTION: Based on QoS route information which is obtained by a QoS route information obtaining part 102, and contains route information of the network and load information on a route, a route computation part 108 computes a route suitable for performing an automatic cache update operation, a link lookahead operation or a cache server cooperation operation, and an automatic cache update part 105, a link lookahead control part 104 and a cache server cooperation part 107 make use of the route for performing the automatic cache update operation, the link lookahead operation or the cache server cooperation operation.
