PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitivity, low residual potential and high-speed response performance, and containing a charge transport material, in a photosensitive layer, which is capable of forming a stable photosensitive layer and excels in stability in a coating liquid used for forming the photosensitive layer, and to provide a drum cartridge using the photoreceptor and an image forming apparatus using the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor obtained by forming a photosensitive layer containing a charge transport material on a conductive support, the charge transport material is a composition comprising two or three compounds selected from groups of benzidine compounds of specific structures.
