PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to know all kinds of information on a spectacle frame including the quality of the material, the quality of surface treatment, sizes of parts, and brand names, etc. SOLUTION: An IC chip is embedded within a portion of the spectacle frame, for example, an ear bend to be mounted on a temple, and various kinds of the information written in the IC chip are made readable by a reader.
