PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing system, wherein a vehicle model is incorporated in a tire testing apparatus, and which can reconstruct the behavior of a tire due to three-dimensional behaviors of a vehicle, even when using a three-dimensional vehicle model. SOLUTION: The tire-testing apparatus 2, which carries out a driving test for the tire 4a by using a substitute road surface unit 4, is equipped with a lateral force measuring means 37 which measures the lateral force of the tire; and actuators which apply ground load, angle of sideslip and camber angle, respectively. The vehicle model 5, connected to the tire testing apparatus 2, computes the three-dimensional motion of the vehicle, by using the steering angle and the tire lateral force from the lateral force measuring means 37 as the input values, and outputs command values of the ground load, the angle of sideslip and the camber angle which are based on the computed results, to respective actuators of the tire-testing apparatus 2.
