PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce costs by simplifying a structure. SOLUTION: A furnace wall of a coal burning boiler is provided with a draft measuring seat 100. The draft measuring seat 100 is provided with a valve 8 at its introduction opening 6, guides the outside air to an internal purge pipe 7 from the valve 8, and blows out the air from the internal purge pipe 7. Thus the accumulation of ash can be prevented.
