METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING FILTER MEDIUM OF NANO-FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a filter medium of a nano-filter comprising a nano-tube or a nano-fiber having a small diameter which is not able to be produced with a conventional method for producing the nano-fiber by using a conventional micro-filter filter medium as a support, directly synthesizing and growing the nano-tube or the nano-fiber on the micro-filter filter medium in a bottom-up system. SOLUTION: The nano-tube or the nano-fiber is synthesized on a micro-filter filter medium and a grown-up nano-filter filter medium is produced by using the micro-filter filter medium as the support arranged in a reactor, supplying nano-catalyst particles into the reactor and depositing the nano-catalyst particles on the support, supplying gaseous raw materials and reaction gases on the nano-catalyst particles, heating the reactor with a heating device, and synthesizing and growing the nano-tube or the nano-fiber from the nano-catalyst particles in the reactor.
