AIR REFRIGERANT TYPE REFRIGERATING/HEATING APPARATUS

An air refrigerant type refrigerating/heating apparatus performing refrigerating and superheating at high efficiencies. An air refrigerant is compressed by a compressor to generate a high temperature and high pressure air refrigerant. The air refrigerant is heated by a first heat exchanger and further heated by a heater to a temperature of 200°C or higher at which bread and cookies are allowed to bake, and supplied to an oven. The heat of the air refrigerant flowing out of the oven is recovered by a second heat exchanger, and supplied to the high temperature side of the first heat exchanger. The air flowing out of the second heat exchanger is cooled by a cooler, cooled by a third heat exchanger, adiabatically expanded in an expansion turbine to cool it to a temperature of -85°C, and supplied to a refrigerating chamber. The air in the refrigerating chamber is supplied to the compressor after being recovered and supplied to the low temperature side of the third heat exchanger.
