<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footwear order entry system by which processes until the order entry of an article desired by a customer for various article groups are positively achieved by grasping the purchase intention or the like of the customer accessed to a Web site without an interview with the customer. <P>SOLUTION: The footwear order entry system edits order entry information with the demand of the customer looking for by electronically presuming a state showing footwear desired by the customer is actually worn. The footwear order entry system comprises: a footwear database means establishing sales requirements for the footwear and specific function properties on the footwear for various kinds of footwear handled by an electronic store and accumulating a footwear information group on each footwear by using the sales requirements and function properties as retrieval keys; a footwear inference means analyzing desired elements of the customer by referring to the order entry information to convert the desired elements into the sales requirements or the function properties, and selecting the footwear information applied to the desired elements and providing the footwear information to the customer; and a function establishment means establishing a conversion expression for analysis procedures for the order entry information and the desired elements in terms of the demand of the customer and a state showing that the footwear is worn. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
