PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing plate capable of easily positioning an article only by applying a simple processing on a paperboard, and avoiding staining and generating an excessive displacement by a large movement of the article in a packing material. SOLUTION: The storing plate 10 for positioning the article consists of a corrugated board 18, and is used when the articles 12 and 13 are packed. It is provided separably from the corrugated board 18 except base end parts 21a and 21b by forming notch lines 20a and 20b. Strip parts 22a and 22b and the base end parts 21a and 21b of the strip parts 22a and 22b are equipped with positioning holding pieces 25 and 26 having wide hooking parts 23a and 23b arranged on the opposite end parts. The articles 12 and 13 are positioned by separating the positioning holding pieces 25 and 26, winding the articles 12 and 13 by the strip parts 22a and 22b, and hooking the wide hooking parts 23a and 23b to pull openings 27 and 28 of the strip parts 22a and 22b.
