PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sliding characteristic to a valve case 21 of a valve part 44 in a solenoid valve 6 for constituting a spool type valve 23 by integrating the valve part 44 and an armature part 27, after manufacturing the valve part 44 and the armature part 27 by a different construction material and a separate part. SOLUTION: Deformation in the radial direction of the valve part 44 can be minimized by joining both by using a butt welding means (for example, laser welding) in the shaft direction in a state of butting opposed end surfaces of the armature part 27 against one end surface in the shaft direction of the valve part 44. The valve part 44 is directly slid with a hole wall surface of the valve case 21 by applying hardening processing to a surface of the valve part 44, and is also moved in a noncontact state with a little void between the part and the hole wall surface of the valve case 21 without applying the hardening processing to a surface of the armature part 27. Thus, the spool type valve 23 can improve abrasion resistance, and can reduce frictional force, while preventing the deterioration in a magnetic characteristic. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
