The tool consists of a strip of cardboard ( 1 A, 1 B) with a hole ( 3 ) in an intermediate position and at least one weakening for a transverse fold ( 5 ) coinciding with said hole, so as to delimit two facing leaves ( 1 A, 1 B); the neck of the phial (F) is introduced into the hole ( 3 ) and the leaves ( 1 A, 1 B) are able to be arranged alongside the neck (C) of the phial and receive the action of the fingers (fT) in order to break said neck.
