<p>The invention includes an interposer (101), BGA connector, or other connection device that provides electrical contact with a ball grid array connector (103). The inventive interposer (101) includes a housing (102) with contacts (105). The contacts (105) have a first end and a second end. The interposer (101) also includes a first body (106) and a second body (107) of reflowable, electrically conductive material disposed on the first end of at least one of the contacts (105).
