<p>The invention relates to a shutting flap (10) for pressure enclosures, particularly containers or pipes having a flap disk (11) that can pivot relative to a rotational axis (13) inside a housing (12). When in a sealing position, said flap disk (11) stops the flow through the housing in the vicinity of a seal. The flap disk (11) can assume an eccentric position having the axis of rotation (13) out of the seal axis. The axis of rotation (13) passes particularly through the shutting flap (10) main axis (17). A sealing surface forms a part of a lateral area of a cone the lines of which form an angle of the sealing surface relative to the shutting flap (10) main axis (17). The axis of rotation (13) is arranged at a certain distance from the seal axis, particularly on the main axis (17), and extends perpendicularly to the seal axis and the main axis (17). The inventive shutting flap (10) is characterized in that the flap disk (11) is self-closing in both directions of flow. When machining the seal geometry within the housing (12), said housing (12) is fastened on a swivel workbench in such a position that the swivel workbench axis of rotation is simultaneously the axis of the sealing surface cone wherein a rotary tool cuts the housing (12) material in the region of the sealing surface with machining line being along the line of the cone lateral area and wherein the swivel workbench performs a rotary motion.</p> |
