SPRAYING DEVICE-USE PIEZOELECTRIC VIBRATOR AND DRIVE CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

A spraying device-use piezoelectric vibrator eliminating the need of a regulating step and re-regulation for regulating the frequency of a voltage to be applied to a piezoelectric vibrator to the resonance frequency of each piezoelectric vibrator while ensuring a specified spray amount, and a drive control method therefor. The piezoelectric vibrator comprises a beat plate for spraying liquid into an atomized form, a piezoelectric vibrator element for vibrating the beat plate, and a driving means for driving the piezoelectric vibrator element, wherein the driving means drives the piezoelectric vibrator element by allowing the vibration frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator element to sweep within a specified range of frequency region. The resonance frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator element is included in the specified range of frequency region which is the vibration frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator element, and in particular the center frequency which is the vibration frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator element is almost equal to the resonance frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator element.
