<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle housing structure which houses a specially large-sized nozzle in an accurately positioned state. <P>SOLUTION: On the lower surface of a main body 21 of a nozzle 21, concaves 25 and 26 are formed for positioning, and on internal lower surfaces (supporting portion 43) of nozzle housing holes 42C, positioning pins 45 and 46 are placed corresponding to the concaves 25 and 26, respectively. Then, the nozzle 21 is inserted into the nozzle housing holes 42C from the bottom surface side and housed in there. At that time, the nozzle 21 is housed in the nozzle housing holes 42C in a state that the pins 45 and 46 are kept inserted in the concave portions 25 and 26 for positioning, respectively. One of the concave portions 25 and 26 for positioning of the nozzle 21 is arranged at the center of the nozzle while the other one is arranged at a position separated in the longitudinal direction of the nozzle by a specified distance from the center of the nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
