<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antidazzle antireflection film which is excellent in antidazzle performance and antireflection performance such as clearness and glaringness and further which is excellent in abrasion resistance even with the elapse of time and to provide a polarizing plate and a display apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the antidazzle antireflection film, a surface of a hard coat layer containing an active ray curing resin has a fine rugged shape and a low refractive index layer is formed on the surface of the fine rugged shape of the hard coat layer. In the antidazzle antireflection film, the hard coat layer contains the following component C and the low refractive index layer contains the following components A to C. The component A is a silica series particulate of a hollow spherical shape, the component B is a tetraalkoxysilane compound or its hydrolyzate and the component C is a silicone surfactant or a fluorine surfactant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
