<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which effectively suppresses oxidation of the surface of metal foil, especially when a flexible metal stretched laminate is manufactured by a laminating method. <P>SOLUTION: In a heat laminating process bonding the metal foil to at least one surface of a polyimide film used as a substrate while heating and pressurizing them, at the time of laminating, a protection film having thickness variability of not more than 5% is arranged between the metal foil and a pressurizing surface. A polyimide film is suitably used for this protection film. Thereby, since the surface of the metal foil can be favorably protected, it becomes possible to suppress oxidation of the surface effectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
