PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network camera in which anxiety can be eliminated by making a person being photographed recognize a monitor. SOLUTION: The network camera 10 comprises a network communication section 10a for transmitting photography data to a terminal being connected through a network and receiving a command being transmitted from the terminal, a section 10d for storing an IP address or an MAC address for discriminating the terminal from other terminals as terminal registration information, a control section 10e for issuing a sound generation notice when the IP address or MAC address included in a command received from the terminal is included in the terminal registration information, and a section 10c for generating a sound by the sound generation notice from the control section 10e.
