PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-fitting part mounting tool preventing wear of press-fitting parts and mounting the press-fitting parts in insertion holes provided in a workpiece without generating debris such as cut chips. SOLUTION: A spring pin 6 is reduced in diameter by a pin diameter reducing part 18 reducing the diameter of the spring pin 6 and an insertion rod 12 of a cylinder 14 passed through the pin diameter reducing part 18. When inserting the spring pin 6 into the insertion holes of manual shaft 2 and manual plate 4, the spring pin 6 is mounted by being elastically returned to the radial outside. Since the spring pin 6 is not in contact with peripheral edges of openings of the insertion holes, cut chips are not generated, and wear of the spring pin 6 at the time of the mounting is prevented.
