PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active silencing controller in which noises of various frequencies are surely absorbed without delay in follow-up even under such circumstances that the noises of the various frequencies are generated owing to a change in the speed gain of a motor. SOLUTION: A convergence coefficient which is an element to determine an adaptive filter coefficient of an adaptive filter and a control parameter to determine the convergence speed of sound is set large in the case where the speed gain of the motor is a set value or more, and is set small in the case where the speed gain less than the set value.
