PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging device capable of keeping high heat exchange efficiency even when a steam amount supplied to a heat exchanger is small. SOLUTION: A steam supply tube 2 and a fluid discharge tube 3 are connected to the heat exchanger 1. Spray nozzles 6 are connected to the steam supply tube 2 by interlaying a steam turbine 4, an exit tube 11 and automatic switching valves 10. An impeller 14 of the steam turbine 4 is connected to the fluid discharge tube 3 by interlaying a gas-liquid separator 15. An auxiliary suction device 20 is arranged in parallel with the impeller 14. When a steam amount supplied from the steam supply tube 2 to a jacket part 9 is reduced, a lot of the automatic switching valves 10 are opened and steam is sprayed from a small number of the spray nozzles 6, whereby the convection of the steam in the jacket part 9 can be kept.
