PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively provide a desired low temperature by securing a sufficient heat dissipation amount in a cooling storage dissipating heat generated by a Stirling refrigerating machine by a secondary refrigerant circulating circuit. SOLUTION: The cooling storage 1 uses the Stirling refrigerating machine 50 as a heat sink to cool an interior. Heat of a warm head 51 of the Stirling refrigerating machine 50 is extracted and dissipated by a thermosiphon circulating circuit 60 composed by including a high temperature side evaporator 61 and a high temperature side condenser 62. Heat of a body casing 53 of the Stirling refrigerating machine 50 is extracted and dissipated by a forced circulation circuit 110 including a circulating pump 111. The heat extracted by the forced circulation circuit 110 from the body casing 53 is used for dew condensation prevention of a cooling storage wall and/or evaporation promotion of defrost water.
