PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump warming system and an automatic vending machine using the same wherein condensate generated in an outside heat exchanger is efficiently processed, and to reduce power consumption in warming. SOLUTION: As a drain pan 23 for storing the condensate generated in a warming-side evaporator 13, a condensate detecting means 27 for detecting the stored water, and an evaporation accelerating means 26 for accelerating the evaporation of the stored water, are mounted, overflowing of the stored water in the drain pan 23 can be prevented, thus an installation floor surface is not wetted, and the corrosion of a main body and molding can be prevented.
